Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-18 R is observed.
- 5% cross-reactivity with rmIL-18 R beta, recombinant human IL-1 RI, and recombinant rat IL-1 Rrp2.
- <1% cross-reactivity with rmIL-1 RII.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU/µg antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
The IL-1 system includes two agonists (IL-1α and IL-1β), converting enzymes, antagonists, two receptors (IL-1 RI and IL-1 RII), and the IL-1 receptor accessory protein. Interleukin-1 signaling is transduced through the type I receptor.
