Target Information
CDK1 (Cell Division Control protein 1)은 세포 주기에서 START 단계를 완료하고 유사분열 개시를 위한 필수 조절 단백질입니다.
CDK1은 M-Phase Promoting Factor의 촉매 서브유닛으로 작용하며, 모든 진핵생물에서 유사분열 진입을 유도합니다.
G2/M기 정지 세포에서 hypericin을 이용한 광역학 치료 후 Bcl-2의 인산화는 CDK1 매개 신호를 통해 일어나며, 세포자멸사 개시를 지연시킵니다. 또한, CDK 억제제 NU2058은 남성호르몬 비의존성 전립선암에서 치료 가능성이 입증되었습니다.
