Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is structurally similar to the CDC46 protein from S. cerevisiae, which is involved in the initiation of DNA replication. The encoded protein is a member of the MCM family of chromatin-binding proteins and can interact with other members of this family. It is upregulated during the transition from G0 to G1/S phase of the cell cycle and may participate in cell cycle regulation.
