Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
LEMD3 functions as a specific repressor of TGF-beta, activin, and BMP signaling through interaction with R-SMAD proteins. It antagonizes TGF-beta-induced cell proliferation arrest.
