Target Information
RAB3IP는 guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF)로서 RAB8A 및 RAB8B를 활성화할 수 있습니다. GDP를 GTP로 교환하여 비활성 상태의 Rab 단백질을 활성형으로 전환시키며, RAB8A 및 RAB8B에서 GDP의 방출을 매개합니다. 또한 actin 구조를 조절하고 RAB8A 특이적 소포의 극성 수송을 촉진합니다. RAB11A, RAB8A, exocyst complex, PARD3, PRKCI, ANXA2, CDC42, DNMBP와 함께 PODXL의 apical membrane initiation site(AMIS)로의 transcytosis, apical surface 형성 및 lumenogenesis를 촉진합니다.
