Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size. The antibody ships as lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).
Target Information
L-type calcium channels consist of five subunits. The Calcium Channel 5 protein represents one of these subunits (gamma), part of the gamma subunit protein family. It is an integral membrane protein believed to stabilize the calcium channel in an inactive (closed) state.
