NRRF-30 항체는 마우스 FOXP3(Forkhead box P3) 단백질을 인식합니다. FOXP3는 조절 T세포(Treg)의 핵심 전사인자로 알려져 있으며, CD4⁺/CD25⁺ T세포에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
이 항체는 FOXP3 단백질의 아미노산 1–75 부위에 결합하며, eBioscience Foxp3 Staining Buffer 세트를 사용한 세포 내 염색에서 C57Bl/6 및 BALB/c 마우스 비장세포 내에서 Treg 세포를 검출합니다.
FJK-16s 항체(anti-mouse/rat FOXP3)와의 공염색 결과 100% 상관을 보여 동일 세포 집단을 인식함이 확인되었습니다.
