This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates.

Target Information
Fibronectin is a disulfide-bonded dimer (230–250 kDa) found in the extracellular matrix of connective tissues and vessels. It exists as insoluble, cross-linked polymers and as soluble plasma proteins.
Fibronectin plays critical roles in:
- Cell adhesion and migration
- Embryogenesis and wound healing
- Blood coagulation and host defense
- Cancer metastasis
Fibronectin expression is elevated in non-small cell lung carcinoma, where it enhances tumorigenicity and resistance to apoptosis induced by chemotherapeutic agents.
The gene encoding Fibronectin undergoes alternative splicing, producing up to 20 transcript variants, though not all full-length forms are characterized.
