These recombinant antibodies offer superior specificity and lot-to-lot consistency through in vitro expression of cloned antibody genes.
Usage Tip:
Before use, briefly centrifuge the conjugate solution and use only the supernatant to minimize nonspecific background staining caused by protein aggregates.

Target Information
Laminins are extracellular matrix glycoproteins and key components of basement membranes, involved in cell adhesion, differentiation, migration, signaling, neurite outgrowth, and metastasis. They consist of three non-identical chains (α, β, γ) forming a cruciform structure. Mutations in the LMNB1 gene can cause adult-onset autosomal dominant leukodystrophy (ADLD).
