Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ERLIN1 is a component of the ERLIN1/ERLIN2 complex involved in the endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptors (IP3Rs).
It plays a role in regulating cellular cholesterol homeostasis via the SREBP signaling pathway and binds cholesterol, potentially promoting ER retention of the SCAP-SREBF complex.
