Target Information
Ebola virus는 외피를 가진 음성가닥 RNA 바이러스로, Filoviridae과에 속합니다. Marburg virus와 유사한 형태를 가지지만 항원적 특성은 다릅니다. 비분절 RNA 게놈을 가지며, SDS-PAGE 분석 결과 7개의 구조 단백질이 존재합니다.
- 주요 단백질: NP (104 K), GP (125 K), L protein (180 K)
- 기타 단백질: VP40 (40 K), ViPX (35 K), VP30 (30 K), VP24 (24 K)
- 모든 단백질은 virion RNA에 상보적인 단일전사체(mRNA)로부터 발현됩니다.
- GP는 표면 스파이크의 주요 단백질이며, 125K 크기의 당단백질입니다.
