Target Information
Ebola virus는 외피를 가진 음성 단일가닥 RNA 바이러스로, Filoviridae 계통에 속합니다. Marburg virus와 유사한 형태를 가지지만 항원적 특성은 다릅니다. 게놈은 비분절 RNA로 구성되어 있으며, SDS-PAGE 분석에서 7개의 구조 단백질이 확인됩니다:

- L protein (180 K)
