Target Information
CNSK1A1 (CK1 alpha 1)는 casein kinase I (CKI) 유전자 패밀리에 속하는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로, 산성 기질을 선호적으로 인산화합니다. CKI 단백질은 단량체 형태(25–55 kDa)로 존재하며, 진핵세포의 핵, 세포질, 막 분획에서 발견됩니다. 다양한 단백질을 인산화할 수 있으며 Wnt 신호전달에 관여합니다. CTNNB1의 Ser-45 잔기를 인산화하고, PER1 및 PER2를 인산화할 수 있습니다. 또한 유사분열 중 염색체 분리에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
