EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor)는 다양한 성장인자에 반응하는 receptor tyrosine kinase입니다. EGFR의 과발현은 여러 종류의 암과 관련이 있으며, 이는 생물학적 및 저분자 치료제의 주요 표적입니다. EGFR 유전자는 인간의 염색체 7번에 위치하며, HER/ERbB 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다.
