PEP-0709 can be used as a blocking peptide with polyclonal antibody PA5-20589.
Target Information
The human POLR3F is a component of RNA polymerase III, which transcribes essential small noncoding RNAs such as 5S rRNAs and tRNAs. Many pol III-transcribed genes are spatially clustered near the nucleolus, suggesting potential coregulation with RNA polymerase I transcription. POLR3F has been identified as an HIV dependency factor (HDF), indicating its potential as a drug target in HIV research. At least two isoforms of POLR3F are known to exist.
