For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

B cell linker protein (BLNK), also known as SLP-65, is encoded by the BLNK gene on chromosome 10 in humans.
It functions as an adaptor protein in the B cell receptor signaling cascade.
Deficiency in BLNK leads to improper B cell development.
BLNK undergoes tyrosine phosphorylation by Syk kinase, enabling interaction with signaling intermediaries such as Vav GEF and Grb2.
