Reconstitution: Add 50 µL of double-distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, prepare small aliquots and store at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Angiotensin II is a potent vasopressor hormone and a primary regulator of aldosterone secretion.
It plays a key role in controlling blood pressure and volume in the cardiovascular system, acting through at least two receptor types.
AGTR1 mediates the major cardiovascular effects of angiotensin II and may contribute to reperfusion arrhythmias following restoration of blood flow to ischemic myocardium.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been reported for this gene.
