PEP-1539 can be used as a blocking peptide with polyclonal antibody PA5-34497.

Target Information

Tyrosine Kinase 2 (TYK2), a member of the JAK kinase family, plays both structural and catalytic roles in type I interferon (IFN) signaling. It may play a role in antiviral immunity.
A mutation in this gene has been associated with hyperimmunoglobulin E syndrome (HIES), a primary immunodeficiency characterized by elevated serum immunoglobulin E.
