Target Information
RASSF7는 스트레스 유도 JNK 활성화와 세포사멸(apoptosis)을 음성 조절하며, MAP2K7 인산화를 촉진하여 JNK 활성화를 억제합니다. 장기 스트레스 시 RASSF7 단백질은 유비퀴틴-프로테아좀 경로를 통해 분해되어 항세포사멸 효과가 중단됩니다. 또한, AURKB 활성화 및 유사분열 중 염색체 정렬에 필요하며 미세소관 중합을 촉진합니다. [UniProt]
