Product Specific Information
The monoclonal antibody M1-14D12 recognizes Mouse IgG1 antibodies and serves as a secondary reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy. It does not recognize other mouse isotypes or any rat isotype antibodies.
Applications reported include western blotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry.
Tested for use at ≤20 µg/mL in ICC/IHC and 1 µg/mL (1:500 dilution) in WB. Optimal dilution should be determined experimentally.
Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of mouse antibodies.
Secondary antibodies enable various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity via signal amplification.
Typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, followed by purification and optional modifications such as fragmentation or conjugation.
