Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The human XPB DNA helicase is a subunit of the DNA repair/basal transcription factor TFIIH and participates in early steps of the nucleotide excision repair (NER) pathway.
Mutations in the XPB gene can lead to clinical conditions such as xeroderma pigmentosum with Cockayne’s syndrome (XP/CS) and trichothiodystrophy (TTD).
