Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: Add 50 µL or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).
Target Information
GPR73A is a receptor for prokineticin 1 and belongs to the GPCR family, coupled to G(q) subclass of heteromeric G proteins.
Activation leads to calcium mobilization, stimulation of phosphoinositide turnover, and activation of p44/p42 MAP kinase.
Expression has been reported in adrenal, peripheral blood leukocytes, brain, colon, pancreas, prostate, rectum, salivary gland, small intestine, spleen, stomach, testis, and thyroid.
No human ESTs have been identified.
