Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 double distilled water(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성합니다. 항체는 실온에서 동결건조된 형태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관해야 합니다. 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일간 보관 가능하며, 장기 보관 시 소량으로 나누어 -20°C에 보관하십시오. 반복적인 동결 및 해동은 피하십시오. 사용 전 모든 항체는 10000 x g에서 5분간 원심분리하십시오.
Target Information
Prokineticins는 혈관신생을 촉진하고 강한 위장관 평활근 수축을 유도하는 분비 단백질입니다. GPR73B는 Prokineticin의 G protein-coupled receptor로 작용하는 막 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 GPR73과 유사한 서열을 가지며, 뇌, 난소, 침샘, 소장(회맹부), 고환, 갑상선 등에서 발현이 보고되었습니다. 인간 EST는 확인되지 않았습니다.
