Reconstitution: 15 µL 또는 50 µL의 이중 증류수(DDW)로 재구성하며, 샘플 크기에 따라 다릅니다. 항체는 실온에서 동결건조 형태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관하십시오. 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일 보관할 수 있으며, 장기 보관 시 소량으로 분주하여 -20°C에서 보관하십시오. 반복적인 동결 및 해동은 피하십시오. 사용 전 모든 항체 용액은 10,000 × g에서 5분간 원심분리하십시오.
Target Information
Coagulation factor II (thrombin) receptor-like 3 (F2RL3)는 7-막관통형 수용체로 구성된 G-단백질 결합 수용체 군의 일원이며, protease-activated receptor 계열에 속합니다. F2RL3는 세포외 N-말단의 단백질 분해로 활성화되며, 새롭게 형성된 N-말단이 tethered ligand로 작용하여 수용체를 활성화합니다. Thrombin 및 Trypsin에 의해 활성화됩니다.
