For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the epoxide hydrolase family. The protein, localized in both cytosol and peroxisomes, binds specific epoxides and converts them to corresponding dihydrodiols. Mutations are associated with familial hypercholesterolemia. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
