Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Upon serum stimulation, KIS, a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family, phosphorylates CDKN1B/p27Kip1, controlling its subcellular localization and cell cycle progression in G1 phase.
This protein contains one RNA recognition motif (RRM) domain and may be involved in RNA trafficking or processing.
KIS is widely expressed, with the highest levels found in skeletal muscle, kidney, placenta, and peripheral blood leukocytes.
