Target Information
STAT5b는 STAT 전사인자 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, 사이토카인 및 성장인자에 의해 인산화되어 핵으로 이동 후 전사 활성화 기능을 수행합니다. IL2, IL4, CSF1 및 다양한 성장호르몬 신호 전달에 관여하며, TCR 신호전달, 세포자멸사, 유선 발달, 간 유전자 발현의 성적 이형성 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 관여합니다. 일부 급성 전골수성 백혈병(APLL)에서는 RARA 유전자와 융합되는 것으로 보고되었습니다. STAT5b 신호전달 경로의 이상 조절은 APLL의 원인이 될 수 있습니다.
