Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues, heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
CD43 (leukosialin, sialophorin)는 대부분의 조혈세포 표면에 발현되는 음전하가 높은 막관통형 뮤신 유사 단백질입니다.
CD43은 세포 부착을 방해하는 반발 장벽을 형성하지만, 특정 조건에서는 백혈구 응집을 촉진하기도 합니다.
Ezrin 및 moesin과 같은 액틴 결합 단백질과 상호작용하여 T세포 형태 변화와 림프구 이동 중 세포 간 상호작용을 조절합니다.
또한 CD43 신호전달은 LFA-1의 부착성을 강화하는 동시에 다른 수용체를 통한 LFA-1 유도를 억제합니다.
CD43 발현은 종양억제 단백질 p53의 기능 활성화를 유도하지만, p53 및 ARF 결핍 시 종양 증식과 생존을 촉진할 수 있습니다.
CD43은 백혈구 기능의 중요한 조절 인자로 알려져 있으며, CD43 이상은 Wiscott-Aldrich 증후군 및 Adenoid Basal Cell Carcinoma와 관련이 있습니다.
