Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The HSP70 family consists of four highly conserved proteins: HSP70, HSC70, GRP75, and GRP78.
GRP75 expression is localized to the mitochondrial matrix, where it assists in translocation and folding of nascent polypeptide chains from both nuclear and mitochondrial origins.
GRP75 and GRP78 are not responsive to heat stress but are induced by glucose deprivation.
