Product Specific Information
A 1:1,000 dilution of MA5-45374 was sufficient for detection of ERp57 in 15 µg of HeLa lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects approximately 57 kDa protein.
Target Information
ERp57 is an endoplasmic reticulum protein interacting with lectin chaperones calreticulin and calnexin, modulating folding of newly synthesized glycoproteins. It exhibits protein disulfide isomerase activity, promoting disulfide bond formation in glycoprotein substrates.
