RIOK3 (RIO kinase 3) is a 519 amino acid serine/threonine protein kinase expressed in multiple tissues. It catalyzes ATP-dependent phosphorylation of target proteins, influencing signaling pathways throughout the cell. Two isoforms are produced due to alternative splicing.
