- Mouse anti-Human Angiotensin I, clone Ang E9는 Angiotensin I에 특이적이며, Angiotensin II, III, Angiotensinogen에는 반응하지 않습니다.
Target Information
Angiotensinogen precursor는 간에서 발현되며, 혈압 저하 시 renin에 의해 절단되어 Angiotensin I을 생성합니다. 이후 ACE(angiotensin converting enzyme)에 의해 Angiotensin II로 전환되어 혈압 유지에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 본태성 고혈압 및 자간전증의 병태생리에 관련되어 있으며, 유전자 변이는 신세뇨관 형성 장애(renal tubular dysgenesis) 및 비가족성 심방세동, 염증성 장질환과 연관됩니다.
