Target Information
Anti-Goat secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and have well-characterized specificity for goat immunoglobulins. These antibodies are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of goat IgG targets.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by allowing multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
They are typically produced by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) for high specificity.
