Target Information
TRIF는 병원체 침입에 대한 선천적 면역 반응에 관여하는 어댑터 단백질로, TLR3 및 TLR4 신호전달 경로에서 NF-κB와 IRF 활성화를 매개하며 세포자멸사를 유도합니다.
TLR 리간드 결합 시 TRIF는 TIR 도메인을 통해 리크루트되며, TBK1, TRAF6, RIPK1 등의 단백질과 상호작용하여 IRF3, IRF7, NF-κB, FADD 전사인자를 활성화시킵니다.
