TLR 리간드 결합 시 TRIF는 TIR 도메인을 통해 리크루트되며, TBK1, TRAF6, RIPK1 등의 단백질과 상호작용하여 IRF3, IRF7, NF-κB, FADD 전사인자를 활성화시킵니다.
