Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min.

Carbonic anhydrase (CA)는 이산화탄소와 물을 탄산, 양성자, 중탄산 이온으로 빠르게 상호 전환시키는 효소입니다. 모든 포유류 조직에 풍부하게 존재하며, 저산소 상태에서 HIF-1α에 의해 유도되는 여러 유전자 중 하나입니다. CA IX는 막 내 안정성과 위치로 인해 가장 강하게 유도되는 유전자 중 하나입니다. CA는 정상 조직의 pH 조절에 중요한 역할을 하며, 저산소 상태에서 세포 사멸과 관련이 있습니다. CA IX 억제는 저산소 조건에서 세포 사멸을 증가시키므로, CA IX는 저산소의 신뢰할 수 있는 조직화학적 마커로 사용됩니다.
