For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain an antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The Class II PI3 kinases, including PIK3C2B, phosphorylate the 3 position of PI or PI4P.
Though not as well studied as the class I PI3 kinases, class II enzymes are implicated in receptor-mediated cellular processes such as insulin signaling, neuronal survival, and growth factor signaling.
