Target Information
AGR2 (anterior gradient protein 2)와 AGR3는 anterior gradient homolog family에 속하며, 분비성 세포질 단백질로서 전이 유도 및 p53 종양 억제 인자 억제에 관여합니다.
이 단백질들은 호르몬 반응성 유방암의 분자 마커이자 잠재적 치료 표적으로 연구되고 있습니다.
AGR2는 전반적으로 발현되며, 전립선암, 유방암, 폐암, 신장암, 자궁내막암 등에서 발현이 증가합니다. 또한 에스트로겐 수용체(ER) 발현과 양의 상관관계를, 표피 성장 인자 수용체(EGFR)와는 음의 상관관계를 보입니다.
