Target Information
TET3는 ten-eleven-translocation (TET) 유전자 패밀리에 속하는 methylcytosine dioxygenase로, methylcytosine을 5-hydroxymethylcytosine으로 변환시킵니다. 주로 조혈세포에서 발현되며, TET2와 달리 TET3 변이는 골수성 악성종양에서 보고된 바 없습니다. TET3는 수정 후 첫 유사분열 이전의 접합체 DNA 탈메틸화에 관여하며, 접합체 부계 DNA의 후성유전학적 재프로그래밍 및 동물 복제 과정에서의 체세포 핵 재프로그래밍에도 기여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
