Target Information
Bcl-6 proto-oncogene product는 Kruppel-type zinc-finger protein으로 정상 germinal center B 세포와 관련 림프종에서 주로 발현됩니다.
Bcl-6는 비호지킨 림프종에서 3q27 염색체 재배열에 관여하며, diffuse large B cell lymphoma의 33–45%에서 Bcl-6 재배열이 보고되었습니다.
또한 Bcl-6는 follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B cell lymphoma, Burkitt’s lymphoma 및 nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin’s disease에서 면역조직화학적으로 검출됩니다.
