Target Information
Bcl-6 proto-oncogene product는 Kruppel-type zinc-finger 단백질로, 정상 germinal center B 세포 및 관련 림프종에서 주로 발현됩니다.
Bcl-6는 비호지킨 림프종에서 3q27 염색체 재배열에 관여하며, diffuse large B cell lymphoma의 약 33–45%에서 Bcl-6 재배열이 보고되었습니다.
면역조직화학적으로 Bcl-6는 follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B cell lymphoma, Burkitt’s lymphoma, nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin’s disease에서 검출됩니다.
