Target Information
Bcl-6 proto-oncogene product는 Kruppel-type zinc-finger 단백질로, 정상적인 germinal center B 세포 및 관련 림프종에서 주로 발현됩니다.
이 단백질은 비호지킨 림프종에서 3q27 염색체 재배열과 관련되어 있으며, diffuse large B cell lymphoma의 33%–45%에서 Bcl-6 재배열이 검출됩니다.
면역조직화학적으로 follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B cell lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma 및 nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin disease에서 Bcl-6가 검출됩니다.
