LYVE1은 림프관 내피에서 발견되는 주요 히알루로난(HA) 수용체로, CD44와 유사한 Link 모듈을 포함하는 type I 막 단백질입니다.
이 단백질은 HA와 결합하며, 림프관 내피 표지자로 사용됩니다. 혈관에서는 발현되지 않으며, 림프계 특이적 HA 수용체로서 림프관의 표지자(marker)로 활용됩니다.
LYVE1은 림프관 내피에서 주로 발현되며, 백혈구 및 종양 세포의 림프절 이동 조절에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
