IL-35 (Interleukin 35)은 IL-12 패밀리에 속하는 사이토카인으로, 조절 T 세포(regulatory T cell)에 의해 생성됩니다.
이 단백질은 IL-12-alpha와 IL-27-beta 사슬로 구성된 이합체(dimeric) 구조를 가지며, T helper 세포의 분화 조절 및 염증 반응 억제에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
IL-35는 조절 T 세포의 증식을 유도하고 Th17 세포의 활성을 감소시키는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
