Target Information
IL-35 (Interleukin 35)은 IL-12 패밀리에 속하는 사이토카인으로, 조절 T세포(regulatory T cells)에 의해 생성됩니다.
이 단백질은 IL-12-α 및 IL-27-β 사슬로 구성된 이합체(dimeric) 구조를 가지며, T helper 세포의 분화 조절 및 염증 반응 억제에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
