Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HEMGN regulates proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells. Overexpression of HEMGN blocks TPA-induced megakaryocytic differentiation in the K562 cell model and may prevent apoptosis through activation of NF‑κB.
