Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Bcl-2 related Protein A1 (BCL2A1) is a member of the BCL-2 protein family, functioning as an anti-apoptotic regulator. It reduces mitochondrial release of cytochrome c and inhibits caspase activation. This gene is directly regulated by NF-kappa B in response to inflammatory mediators and is upregulated by signals such as GM-CSF, CD40, TNF, IL-1, and phorbol ester. These functions contribute to lymphocyte activation and cell survival.
