Target Information
Phosphatidate phosphatase (PAP)는 진핵세포의 지질 신호 대사에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. PAP1과 PAP2 두 가지 형태가 세포 내 위치와 N-ethylmaleimide (NEM) 및 Mg²⁺에 대한 감수성 차이에 따라 구분됩니다.
PPAPDC1A (DPPL2)와 PPAPDC1B (DPPL1)는 Mg²⁺ 비의존적이며 NEM 감수성이 있는 새로운 형태의 mammalian phosphatidate phosphatase로, 넓은 기질 특이성을 보입니다. Knockdown 실험 결과, 이 단백질은 JAK-Stat3, MAP kinase, PKC 경로를 포함한 여러 세포 신호 전달 경로에 관여하며, DUSP22를 하향 조절하여 에스트로겐 수용체 경로를 강화할 수 있습니다.
