Target Information
NIT2 단백질은 omega-amidase 활성을 가지며, α-ketoglutaramate와 α-ketosuccinamate를 각각 α-ketoglutarate와 oxaloacetate로 전환하여 세포 내 독성 중간체를 제거하는 역할을 합니다. 과발현 시 세포주에서 G2기 세포주기 정지로 인해 콜로니 형성 능력이 감소합니다.
