Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
DNA-dependent RNA polymerases catalyze the transcription of DNA into RNA using ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates.
POLR2F is a common component of RNA polymerases I, II, and III, which synthesize ribosomal RNA precursors, mRNA precursors, and various non-coding RNAs.
In RNA polymerase II, POLR2F (also known as RPB6) forms part of the clamp element and contributes to the pocket structure binding the RPB4-RPB7 subcomplex.
