- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human RARRES1 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
RARRES1 유전자는 retinoid acid (RA) receptor-responsive gene으로 확인되었습니다. 이 유전자는 type 1 막 단백질을 암호화하며, tazarotene 및 retinoic acid receptor에 의해 발현이 증가합니다. 전립선암에서는 프로모터 및 CpG island의 메틸화로 인해 발현이 감소하는 것으로 보고되었습니다. 또한, 상이한 아이소폼을 암호화하는 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이가 관찰되었습니다.
